PICA Claims Department Recognized for Stellar Job

On January 19^th, 2026, PICA received a gift basket from a customer with a letter thanking our claims department for the stellar job it did in settling a fire loss from January 2025.  In their letter, the insured particularly highlighted the effort of our Chief Administrative Officer Kevin Kozlek in resolving the claim in a timely manner.

“I want to share my deep appreciation for the work of our adjuster, Kevin Kozlek.  The quick settlement of this claim has been instrumental in helping us finally put the claims process behind us,” they wrote.  “Having this matter resolved gives my family the financial foundation and peace of mind we needed to move forward.”

The gift basket was delivered as a show of gratitude to PICA on the one-year anniversary of the fire, which occurred at the insured’s residence.  The quick and efficient work of PICA’s claims team allowed the insured to maintain financial stability during a time of great uncertainty and personal tumult.
