PICA Partners with Perkins-McKenzie

Property Insurance Company of America (PICA) has partnered with Perkins-McKenzie Insurance, one of the largest property insurance agencies in Louisiana.  The agency, based in Baton Rouge, is now licensed to sell PICA commercial property coverage in the state. 

Executive leadership and members of PICA's Louisiana commercial team met with Perkins-McKenzie employees for a crawfish boil on April 30th in Baton Rouge to celebrate the new partnership. The PICA team were impressed by the atmosphere inside the Red Stick Social Club where the boil was held, as well as by the spice and size of the crawfish.

The crawfish boil also coincided with PICA Underwriter Shelly McNair’s last day as a PICA employee.  Shelly decided to conclude a stellar career in insurance and has now moved into retirement. PICA thanks Shelly for five years of excellent service and hard work. 

PICA’s new partnership with Perkins-McKenzie promises to be beneficial for both companies, combining the former's unique commercial insurance product with the latter's reach and sales expertise.  PICA is looking forward to a long and fruitful partnership with the company.
